The service
A‑Void is a personal timeline and reminder app for documents, renewals, subscriptions, appointments, occasions and other dates. The website describes the app and its features.
The App Store licence for A‑Void is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, linked below. This page explains the product, support arrangements and usage precautions; it does not replace that licence or your statutory rights.
Your content
You keep responsibility for the names, notes, dates and other information you enter into A‑Void. You confirm that you have the right to use any information you add and that your use of the app does not break the law or another person’s rights.
A‑Void does not review your timelines. Reminder delivery can be affected by notification permissions, device settings and operating-system restrictions. Check original documents, providers and appointments, and keep independent reminders where missing a date could cause harm.
Automatic Backup is a convenience feature, not a guaranteed data-recovery service. You are responsible for keeping backups appropriate to your needs and for protecting any JSON export or backup that you save, share or store outside A‑Void.
A‑Void Plus
A‑Void Plus may include iCloud Sync, widgets, Smart Views, Automatic Backup and premium icons. The features available to you are the ones shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Monthly and annual Plus plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. Lifetime Plus is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Apple displays the applicable price, currency, taxes and renewal information for your App Store storefront.
Eligible annual subscribers may be offered a seven-day free trial. If you do not cancel a subscription through your Apple account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, Apple may renew it according to the subscription terms shown at purchase. Apple manages billing, cancellation, refunds and payment details.
For purchase or subscription issues, see the Support page and Apple’s account and subscription controls.
Use, changes and limits
Do not use A‑Void to create a risk to another person, bypass Apple’s security or services, or interfere with the website or app. Restrictions on copying, modifying or reverse engineering the app are subject to the licence and exceptions permitted by applicable law.
A‑Void is provided as a personal organisational tool. It is not legal, medical, financial or professional advice, and it is not a guarantee that you will avoid a missed deadline, fee, expiry or appointment.
Check the App Store listing for supported devices and operating systems. Changes to the app, including updates necessary to keep paid digital content functional and secure, remain subject to applicable consumer law and the features agreed at purchase.
Protect your device and Apple Account, and keep backups appropriate to your needs. We do not operate your Apple Account or control copies you export to other apps or services. A lost device, compromised account or shared export must be assessed according to its cause and applicable law.
These precautions do not exclude or limit our responsibility for defective digital content, breaches of our legal obligations, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights to remedies and compensation remain unaffected.
Complaints and consumer rights
If A‑Void or a paid Plus feature does not work as described, email email@marianfusek.com or write to the operator’s address below. Describe the problem, your app and iOS versions, when it occurred and the remedy you request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive timeline contents that are not needed to explain it.
We will confirm receipt by email, including the date, the reported problem and your requested remedy, and tell you the outcome. Complaints about digital content will be handled within a reasonable time, taking its nature and purpose into account. Depending on the circumstances, statutory remedies can include correction, a proportionate price reduction or termination with a refund. Apple’s billing and refund tools do not replace these rights.
If a consumer dispute with us cannot be resolved directly, you may seek out-of-court resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), ADR department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic; email adr@coi.gov.cz. This does not prevent you from seeking a remedy through the competent courts.
Ownership
A‑Void, its design, name, code, graphics and website are owned by or licensed to Marián Fůsek. No ownership is transferred to you. Use, copying and distribution remain subject to the app licence, any applicable third-party licences and rights provided by law.
Apple terms
A‑Void uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for its App Store licence. For this third-party app, the licence is granted by the app provider, not Apple. A‑Void’s maintenance and app support are provided by the operator identified below; Apple handles its own App Store services. This page is not a custom EULA.
